Acceptance of the Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Platform. By using the Platform or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, found at https://meshworks.com/, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use the Platform.

This Platform is offered and available to an audience of suppliers, customers, or potential customer users interested in learning about suppliers and supplier capabilities, and the authorized administrators and engineers of such suppliers and potential supplier-customer users (collectively “Users”, and each such supplier a “Supplier”, and each such customer or potential customer user a “Customer”, and the administrator and engineer users an “Administrator” or engineer “Engineer”, respectively. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with MESH and reside and are located in the United States or any of its territories or possessions, or if located outside of the United States, that your access to and use of the Platform outside of the United States complies with all applicable laws, and you accept and comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform.

ARTICLE I

Changes to the Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Governing Law and Jurisdiction will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice prior to the date the change is posted on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of the revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page each time you access this Platform so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. The date “MESH” most recently revised these Terms of Use will be listed on the first and last pages of these Terms of Use next to the words “Last Modified.”

We reserve the right to take down, withdraw or amend the Platform, and any service or material we provide on or through the Platform, in whole or in part, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Platform is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Platform, or the entire Platform, to users, including without limitation, registered Users.
