New: Flexible NDA Options in Marketplace Bids
To improve supplier participation in Marketplace bids, we’re introducing more flexible and streamlined NDA options. This update simplifies the process while maintaining compliance and audit traceability.
What’s New
When creating a Bid or RFI, buyers can select NDA Required: Yes/No
If Yes, buyers can now choose between:
o Uploading their own custom NDA
o Using the MESH Standard NDA
Buyers can preview the MESH Standard NDA before selecting it
Suppliers can digitally accept the MESH Standard NDA directly within the portal (no external signatures required)
All accepted NDAs are:
o Time-stamped
o Saved for audit tracking
o Subject to buyer approval or rejection

Encourages higher participation in Marketplace bids
Maintains compliance and audit traceability
Gives buyers flexibility while preserving control
