Sahil studied Industrial Engineering Technology with a minor in Statistics from Purdue University. After graduation in 2018, Sahil moved to Atlanta and joined IBM, where he spent three years working & advising Fortune 500 clients on business transformation projects. A year later, he relocated to Chicago where he continued his role at IBM and started MESH in his downtown apartment. Sahil began a 1-year data science certification from the University of Chicago, which he completed in April 2021, and then moved back to Columbus to focus on building MESH. Sahil was selected as an Emerging Young Entrepreneur with NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council) and a recipient of the Ohio Asian Awards presented by the Asian American Commerce Group.
I have 10+ Years of an experience in programming and in .net technology. I am curious and am constantly learning new things. I like to share and get the knowledge with team members, friends, family members and peoples. I love to do adventure trips with friends.
 I have 4+ years of experience in mobile application development especially using the flutter framework. Also, I love to pick the challenging tasks and complete them in the given time. I love to meet new people and always try to learn something from them. I have expertise over dart programming language, flutter packages and flutter framework. I love to watch movies and web series mostly in my leisure. Starting my day with a prayer strengthens my efforts with positivity and makes my work more efficient.
After working in supply chain and logistics for several years John spent 3 years on the MES sourcing team being before asked to join the MESH team to help build the SRM platform. John’s sourcing and procurement experience gives him key insight and a unique perspective to bring to the MESH SRM solution. Managing the company’s fantasy football league has helped him gain a new understanding of a competitive workplace environment!
Carissa brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and communication to MESH. Originally from NE Ohio, she is an avid Cleveland sports fan which shows her unique ability to remain loyal and optimistic when things get tough. Carissa earned a BA in public relations from Otterbein University along with a master’s in public administration. Her favorite thing about marketing and communications is finding unique ways to connect with an audience and increase engagement on digital platforms. In her spare time, you’ll find her spending time with friends and family and volunteering at her local animal shelter.
Tim joins MESH with 35 years of experience in the metal casting, oil and gas, and industrial minerals industries. He’s an international business leader with strong competencies in Strategic Planning, New Product Development & Commercialization, Business Development, and Market Share Gain. Tim is a results-oriented, customer-centric consensus builder. He builds internal teams that exemplify transparency, accountability, collaboration, and kindness.
