RFQ Notification Email Size Reduced

Feature Details-

  • We have implemented changes to reduce the size of RFQ notification emails to ensure reliable delivery to suppliers.
  • RFQ emails now include links for easy downloading of all RFQ documents, including drawings.
  • To avoid the email delivery failures, because when the attached RFQ documents were too large (in terms of file size), the RFQ notification fails to receive by supplier’s email server/box. As a result, some time suppliers were not notified about the new RFQ.
