Our core business is forged steel parts and rings from few kg to 1 tonne, 7 close die forges lines (with one of the biggest hammer in Europe), ring rolling up to 1500mm, internal heat treating dept, machining and testing all in our internal production plants and laboratories, we stock 7000 tons of steel and have fast & reliable relations with steelmills. Palmieri Tools Forging is active in Trasmission gear sector, Agricultural machinery, Tunnel and Mining, Wind and Energy, oil&gas, logistic, Naval and Rail transport and Defence. (we are part of Palmieri SPA manufacturers of digging tools for mining www.palmierigroup.com ). We have been appointed with the ABS Marine certificate, we supply the military industry with the authorization to export dual use and military equipment from the Italian Minister of Défense, and we supply Oil & Gas sector thanks to the PED (Pressure Equipment certification). We have 7000 tons of steel in stock from European certified steelmills, our lead times are very short, and production batches don’t need to be so high in numbers.
