Frequently Asked Questions

Q 1. What improvements were made to the Resource Library in November 2025?

Ans. The Resource Library has been completely reorganized to improve its structure, navigation, and content discovery. Users can now find guides, videos, and documentation much more quickly, which lessens the need for support teams.

Q 2. How has the FAQ section been enhanced?

Ans. The FAQ section now has clearer categories, improved search options, and quicker navigation. Users can easily browse common questions. If they don't find an answer, they can use the new Contact Us button to ask for help.

Q 3. What is the difference between RFI and RFQ in MESH Marketplace?

Ans. An RFI (Request for Information) collects supplier data before the formal bidding process.

An RFQ (Request for Quote) asks for detailed pricing, terms, and bid responses. The Marketplace now clearly separates these functions. This change allows for a more organized early evaluation.

Q 4. Why should buyers use the new RFI option instead of sending an RFQ directly?

Ans. The RFI feature helps buyers:

  • Evaluate suppliers early.

  • Filter out unqualified suppliers.

  • Reduce unnecessary RFQs.

  • Prevent premature NDA sharing.

  • Improve sourcing decisions with better supplier data.

Q 5. How does the new Sender ID feature improve email notifications?

Ans. System-generated emails now show the actual sender’s name along with the MESH email address. This helps recipients know who initiated the action and lets them reply directly when needed.

Q 6. Will users still receive notifications from DoNotReply@meshworks.com ?

Ans. Yes, the email ID stays the same for system consistency. However, the display name now shows the real sender. This change reduces confusion and boosts user response rates.

Q 7. What updates were made to the UI sidebar and icons?

Ans. The sidebar was redesigned to have better spacing, grouping, and alignment. A new icon set improves visual clarity and provides a consistent, modern look throughout the platform.

Q 8. How does the new UI update improve accessibility?

Ans. MESH made the following improvements:

  • Higher color contrast.

  • Scalable vector icons.

  • Better compatibility with screen readers.

These changes help all users, including those with visual or cognitive difficulties.

Q 9. Will the new UI refresh affect my existing workflow?

Ans. No, this update makes navigation clearer without altering where features are or changing user permissions. Workflows will stay the same, but they will be more intuitive and visually clear.

Q 10. How do these November 2025 updates help reduce support tickets?

Ans. The updated Resource Library, improved FAQ system, clearer UI, better communication visibility, and organized RFI workflows all help users become more self-sufficient. This reduces the need for support assistance.
