Using the MESH Compliance module, users can create and maintain a secure, cloud-based repository of controlled documents for their organization. This is a simple tool for organizations required to maintain ISO 9001 documentation repositories (or similar) and maintain their documents in an environment that is accessible to all in the organization.

Ans. This feature lets buyers request documents straight from a supplier's profile. Suppliers get an email link to upload the document, and it is automatically saved in the right spot in their profile.

Ans. Suppliers get an email with a secure upload link. When they submit the document, the buyer receives a notification, and the file is stored in the correct folder.

Q 3. Can I track the history of document requests made to suppliers?

Ans. Yes. The Document History section shows who asked for the document, when they requested it, and if it has been finished.

Q 4. Where do returned supplier documents appear in MESH?

Ans. Documents sent by suppliers are automatically organized in the right section of the My Supplier profile for quick review.

Q 5. How does MESH Marketplace now show NDA and quote responses?

Ans. The MESH Marketplace listing pages now show the number of NDAs received and the quotes submitted for each bid. This helps buyers get a quick view of how suppliers are engaging.

Q 6. Does the NDA and quote response count show on both My Bids and Public Bids?

Ans. Yes. Both My Bids and Public Bids show NDA and quotation counts for full visibility.

Q 7. Can users attach additional documents when sending a Quote to Customer?

Ans. Yes. Users can now attach supporting documents with the quote email. The customer does not need a MESH account to access them.

Q 8. Will end customers see all attached documents even without logging into MESH?

Ans. Yes. A secure link lets non-MESH users access any attachments included with the quote.

Q 9. What is the new character limit for Marketplace project descriptions?

Ans. The project description field now supports up to 3000 characters. This change lets buyers give more detailed bid requirements.

Ans. It is a cloud-based storage for controlled documents. It is perfect for ISO 9001 documentation, internal SOPs, training materials, audits, and compliance records.

Ans. From any APQP gate, users can request documents from outside parties. External users get an email link, upload their files, and the submitted documents automatically go into the relevant gate.

Ans. Yes. After receiving it, the internal user can approve, reject, or ask for more information about the uploaded document.

Ans. Milestone templates now support as many as 150 milestones, an increase from the previous limit of 100.
