With our full three-axis, CNC milling operations, we can mill a variety of materials all while upholding a tight (±) 0.001 of an inch precision tolerance. Our VMC machinery is fully palletized and possesses a 40x20x22 inch work envelope, while our horizontal milling machinery possesses a 20x20x20 inch work envelope. Our horizontal milling machinery comes equipped with tombstone capabilities, which offer improved machining and finishing accuracy and reduced set-up time. With our advanced CNC milling technology, we can handle all of our clients’ unique production requirements, from prototype to low and high volume.
